For a clear pre-purchase understanding, a customer who browses or purchases accepts these Terms and the related Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ provisions. Store use must be lawful, and information supplied for an order must be current and accurate.

For clarity, united States delivery is the sole shipping option. It is free at the standard level, includes tracking, and normally consists of 1-2 business days of processing plus 4-6 estimated business days in transit after dispatch.

Under this customer standard, for 30 days following delivery, customers can seek a no-reason return or exchange. The merchant pays authorized return transportation for those requests and for quality problems, and an issued refund usually appears in 5-10 business days. Personalized merchandise, Final Sale or clearance purchases, gift cards, and opened intimate/hygiene-sensitive goods are not preference-returnable, but defect, damage, mis-shipment, and shortage protections remain.
