Within this policy, card processing is performed through encrypted Shopify and approved provider systems, so thhehoneypot does not store full card numbers or security codes. The financial institution controls authorization holds, additional checks, approval, and decline decisions.

As a published store practice, customers must submit correct billing and contact information. We can review or cancel a transaction that is unauthorized or presents significant fraud risk, while tax is charged only as required by applicable law.

As an operating standard, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method and ordinarily posts through the bank or card issuer within 5-10 business days after we issue it.
